Summer Job: Landscaping and gardening

Sam Wood-Soloff runs his own landscaping and gardening business year round, including in the summertime.

“We go to peoples houses with pretty normal gardening supplies like rakes and leaf blowers and then complete a variety of tasks like weeding, tree trimming, roof cleaning, plant potting, and larger tasks like the installation of a stone path. Most clients are repeat customers, and they usually are very fair with break time and pay quite generously.”

The program begins on June 14 and ends on July 9, and she will be teaching middle school students from all different schools. “I am looking forward to coaching because I love playing tennis but do not have much experience coaching, so I am excited to learn more,” says Sade.
